Sweaty Hands and Clammy Palms

Sweaty hands is an indication that your body is overstressed. You may be able to relate to this that when you are under a stressful situation. A few steps that occur are increased heart rate, increased sweating, increased blood pressure, etc.. This is a normal reaction from your body alarming you of the stressful environment you are in. I have come in contact with a few patients who were quite embarrassed shaking hands in public because their hands were so drenched in sweat, they would ltransfer the persperation to them. These people were unaware that their nervous system is in control of how they manage and cope during a stressful situation.

Dr. Goel is an expert in the care of your spinal column, joints, nerves, muscles and ligaments that make up 60% of your body. Your spinal column is part of this neuro-musculo-skeletal system and its optimal function is necessary for overall good health and well being. In our office, we check your spinal column and the other joints related to your health concerns to make sure all is functioning optimally and then, if need be, we will discuss the other pillars of well being, such as exercise recommendations, nutritional advice, and positive internal dialogue. These are all based on your age, your health history and your needs.

You do not need to suffer needlessly from sweating hands . There is an alternative to drugs and surgery.

Testimonials

I first consulted with Dr. Goel after seeing so many other doctors about my problem with sweating hands. Meeting new people and having to shake their hands became so overwhelming to me. I am a business man and have to meet and greet new people all the time and the mere thought of transferring my perspiring hands to theirs was too humiliating. I was also getting colds and flu- like symptoms 3 or 4 times a year.

I am a physically active person who eats properly and lead a very healthy lifestyle.

When I met Dr. Goel, she congratulated me for being so involved in my well being and explained to me one pillar of wellness was not being taken care of in my case-that was my spinal column.

I undertook care and followed Dr.Goel’s recommendations. Am I ever glad that I did!!

I noticed that my hands were not perspiring as much and that my catching colds became history. I have not had even one cold this year. My hand shakes are now strong and dry. This has helped me both socially and physically.

Thank you for showing me there’s light at the end of the tunnel and helping my body heal naturally.
