Shoulder Pain
The shoulder joint has the most range of motion (360 degrees) of the body and simultaneously is the most unstable joint. It is also the most frequently injured joint and problems such as sprain, strain, tendonitis, dislocation, bursitis, torn rotator cuffs, arthritis and fractures are known to that area.
The shoulder joints’ mobility makes it more susceptible or vulnerable to injuries. There are many different soft tissues in the shoulder joint including muscle, ligaments and tendons that can be compromised by improper motion or overuse.
Rotator cuff injuries are commonly seen among people who do repetitive over head reaching as well as among athletes who throw or are involved in sports with repetitive motions such as tennis players. These injuries do not discriminate in age or gender and could happen while performing routine tasks as well.
Dr. Goel is an expert in the care of your spinal column, joints, nerves, muscles and ligaments that make up 60% of your body. Your spinal column is part of this neuro-musculo-skeletal system and its optimal function is necessary for overall good health and well being. In our office, we check your spinal column and the other joints related to your health concerns to make sure all is functioning optimally and then, if need be, we will discuss the other pillars of well being, such as exercise recommendations, nutritional advice, and positive internal dialogue. These are all based on your age, your health history and your needs.

Testimonials
I first came to see Dr. Goel because I was experiencing pain in my knees as I went up and down the stairs and had great difficulty running for the bus. I have had these problems for the last 3 years. Also I had pain in my right shoulder for the last 6 years. I had seen at least 3 doctors for these problems and underwent physio treatments- but nothing seemed to work. I had to stop doing all physical activities as the pain became so intense.
After only 8 or 9 chiropractic adjustments, the pain in my knees has disappeared and I am now running up and down the stairs and escalators at the Metro station pain free. After 24 adjustments, I realized that my shoulder pain was also gone. I have been sick for many years, suffering from depression and burnout as well as digestive problems.
I know I still have a long way to go, but I also know and trust that chiropractic care and Dr. Goel is helping me 1 adjustment at a time. I am already seeing improvements - stay tuned for more!!!

Over the last decade, I have suffered with problems such as shoulder pain, insomnia, migraines, back and neck pain. I have seen several doctors and the only thing I could do was take Advil or Tylenol.
I was unable to enjoy daily activities such as exercising. I was always tired and never seemed to have enough energy at work. But no matter how tired I was, I was unable to sleep properly.
It has only been 2 months but I can feel some improvements. I have learned that chiropractic care prevents all diseases and unlike drugs, it makes you a healthy person.
I haven’t been seeing Dr. Goel for that long but I already feel better. The one thing that has greatly improved is my shoulder pain and insomnia.
